Fatty, Fatty, Get Rid of The Fat

ill be discussing just how to go about accomplishing this. More than likely, it will not be as difficult as you thin it is.
We all know of people that seem to be able to eat and drink anything that they want to and never gain an additional pound. Exactly why some people can do this and others can't? Suffice it to say that these people have a different metabolism than most of us do. If you are not one of these people, please read on, because most of us aren't.
The first thing we will discuss is thirst, yes, I know, everybody needs to hydrate their bodies. But what we choose to hydrate with makes all the difference. Grab a bottle of water instead of a soda. Regardless of your craving for a sweet, sweet soda, your body really wants pure clean water. When you drink anything but pure water, you're already making your organs work harder than they should
be. Everything that you ingest into your body needs to be filtered and processed by the various vital organs that keep you alive. Not to mention, all that sugar is just not good for you. Diet soda, don't even think about it. The sweeteners that are used in diet beverages are tantamount to poison to the human body. Research it yourself sometime, you will be horrified by what you learn.
Pure clean water is always best to hydrate your body with. If you absolutely need something sweet, buy a juicer and start juicing your own vegetable and fruit juices, preferably from organic sources though.
A few tips when making sandwiches.
Try to cut down on cheese. Cheese is high in fat, not to mention the constipation issues that arise when overdoing cheese. Try shredding your cheese if you feel you must have it. This will cover the entire area of your sandwich and you won't eat nearly as much. This will also work on salads as well.
Mayonnaise is a high fat condiment, try to do away with it. Try different "light" salad dressings instead. One good tasting all around sandwich dressing is Italian, but you can certainly experiment on your own, just be sure that you are using "light" dressings. This one tip alone will certainly eliminate quite a bit of fat from your diet.
Bread...Mmmm my favorite
I love bread, and bread loves me. I can tell by the way it sticks to my body. Ever heard of a "bread belly", I used to have one. You must cut down on breads to have any hope at fat loss and weight loss. If you are going to eat bread, be sure that the breads you choose are brown wheat breads and whole grain breads. Preferably, get it from your local health food market and carefully read the label, or better yet, ask someone that works there. At all costs, stay away from white flower products.
During the day or evening, if you feel that you need a snack, opt for a fresh fruit snack, or a fresh vegetable snack. Stay away from the junk food snacks. How about a vegetable snack plate? And use some of your "light dressing" for a dipping sauce.
Try to lessen or better yet abstain from dairy products. If you must eat ice cream, try eating a sherbert instead. There are very good sherberts on the market, in fact one brand that I have found very good is Lifesavers brand sherbert. The Wild Berry is especially tasty. No fat and almost as creamy as ice cream. Or, have some fat free yogurt instead of ice cream. There are many good alternatives, you just need to use your imagination a little bit.
If you must drink milk, get the skim milk or 2% milk, much less fat in these products.
